Do you have a favourite destination? A place that has played an important part in your life? Whatever the location let me capture it for you.

THE PROCESS

Here’s a quick summary of how to commission a LANDSCAPE:

STEP 1

Please get in touch with any questions, or if you need a quote. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll then have a chat by phone or email about exactly how you want your landscape to appear in terms of size, style, choice of palette and so on. I have a particular style, influenced by cubism.

Have a look through the gallery and let me know if any particular LANDSCAPES are in a palette that you prefer.

sTEP 2

I can work from photographs you have taken or will happily consider images you have found via the Internet as a basis for the composition.

Things to consider are you favourite vantage point, time of day etc.

After discussing these various components, I will then begin the painting.

Depending on the commission, a deposit is not normally required in advance until you’ve seen and approved the final artwork.

STEP 3

When I feel that the landscape painting might be finished, I will email you a draft copy for you to have a look.

At this point you can let me know how you find the painting, and if there’s anything you’d like me to alter.

I’ll make any adjustments (and send you more drafts to check) and when you’re completely happy you can make the payment and I’ll send your portrait straight out to you.
